Our aim is to introduce you to original Italian cooking, with regional recipes from across the country. With so many interesting recipes to choose from and because our chefs’ innate love of food constantly motivates them to create new dishes, we change our menu regularly.




Our ingredients are bought fresh every day, with a preference for seasonal produce. None of our food is frozen. We would rather buy a little and often, as very few foods improve with keeping. Occasionally, therefore, it may be that by the end of the day a particular dish is no longer available. We hope, if this happens, that you will understand.



We are also keen to stimulate the mind as well as the palate, and our guests are welcome to make use of our small library of books on subjects such as art, philosophy, science, travel, cookery, wine and lifestyle. Relax in the lounge and escape for a moment to another world with a glass of wine or a cup of one of our speciality coffees.
